Literal meaning:字面意思是：要做成一个篱笆至少需要三个桩，一根筷子很轻松就可以折断，但是一把筷子却很难掰动。人也一样，要成就一位好汉，需要其他三位的帮忙。
One fence needs the support of three stakes; a chopstick can be easily cut off, but a bundle of chopsticks will be hardly broke; as well as that one man who want to be successful needs other three people’s help or support.
Implied meaning:其中的寓意：一个人（机构或组织）的能力有限，得到更多人的帮助和支持才会离成就越近。
A man/project/organization/company that want to be successful needs more support or help from other people or organizations.
